Ko-seal®II Primer Sealer by House of Kolor is a A two-component acrylic urethane primer sealer. House of color sealer is made of all the finest materials money can buy to give you the best on the market. Ko seal can be used with any of the paint systems out there. This sealer meets VOC requirements nation wide. 4 parts primer(KS12) : 1 part catalyst (KU150): 1 part reducer(RU310, RU311, RU312). House of Kolor Ko Seal is also Available in Black and White. Hardners and reducers are below.
