This product, with its unique formulation, completely neutralizes surface rust immediately after it has been applied and continues to penetrate into affected areas, chemically converting and transforming the rust. It can be left exposed or used as a foundation for body fillers, primers, enamels, lacquers or urethanes. Water based coatings may show stains, but will adhere well.
